There are times that using many of these model verbs suits at the same time, but one can be slightly better than the others depending on context or the meaning that the speaker wants to give.  I feel obliged to dwell on this subject because I see your curiosity about it which is a very good thing for a learner. Level of needs: Writing emails, whatsapp messaging, presentations, negotiations, speech etc.  3- Listening and Speaking Review - Do you focus on auditory skills? - Do you repeat the words and sentences loudly? - Do you notice the differences between textual and spoken English? Dear Levent, Please find below the improved version of the message. It should be enough although it could be better. That work was really stresful for both Turabi and me. We insisted on it and fortunately succeeded in the end.  He blamed himself first, but I told him that it was not his fault and that I understood him, however, we had to continue and finalize the job.
